Our Mazak 5-axis CNC lathes with live tooling capabilities produce precise components with diameters reaching up to 32”. These fully automated machines enhance our production efficiency through the fast and accurate removal of excess material, allowing us to complete and deliver your final product faster than the competition. Our lathes can also travel up to 8’, allowing us to accommodate larger, more complex pieces.

CNC milling utilizes a variety of rotary tools and moveable plates to remove material from a blank. Our facilities are equipped with several Mazak CNC milling machines, including two 5-axis mills and two horizontal mills. To accommodate bigger pieces, we also have large mills measuring 32” x 64” with plate sizes reaching up to 100”. With this advanced machinery, we can produce equipment with complex geometries and superior surface finishes in a single setup.

We specialize in prototyping services and can produce high-quality, functional prototypes in quantities ranging from one to 100. Our design team will work with you throughout the entire process and can accommodate any level of design support you may need. We can provide design suggestions based on your specifications, fully conceptualize and design your equipment, or reverse engineer outdated or obsolete parts. We create solutions perfectly tailored to your needs.
